Great hotel with a superb service. Staff was friendly and very accommodating when we needed something. We were traveling with 2 young kids and 1 baby. The restaurant prepared some off menu meal for the baby. The underground takes you to the main sights and with the bus you can get to the beach in 15 minutes or so. If you are spending some time in Marseille I can recommend this hotel.

Pretty standard room. Although I was surprised by flickering lamp and mold in the shower. These things should be visible during the regular cleaning. The locks on the doors are too noisy, you can hear walls shattering when someone closes the door on your floor. But in general, rooms are quite. AC is not turning off.

My husband & I, as well as our close friends, stayed here recently. If I’m completely honest I would have to say this is the worst property in the Marriott Bonvoy group we have stayed in over the last 10 years. We are currently traveling through Europe & have stayed in several hotels within the group in London & Venice. Our check in process was ordinary. Staff spoke limited English, we were able to speak some French which helped. Rooms are very basic. Maybe this is due to it being an AC Hotel brand? Staff were helpful in giving us directions to the subway which we appreciated. We headed into Marseille old port to look around. On our arrival back to the hotel the sun was out, so we headed to the pool. The area was very unkempt. The entrance to the pool through the only gate was flooded. About 2 inches of water to walk through. Thankfully I did not slip over! There had been a recent rainfall/storm, however, there were several staff sitting around and doing nothing. I mentioned to them that there was water, which could be a potential hazard. They seemed uninterested. There is no service in the pool area, I had to go into the bar inside to ask, despite there being several people laying by the pool & sun shining with 30degrees. Pool towels are inside near lobby toilets which seemed weird. To top it off we booked a van taxi to go to Marseille Saint Charles train station on check out. We are traveling to Cannes. There is 4 of us with 6 suitcases. The taxi arrives & is a car! Lucky to fit 2 people with 2 cases. Staff are not forthcoming in helping us secure another taxi that will fit us all & eventually after several conversations we manage to book two cars. No vans available as there is a cruise ship in port & no vans available. I would of thought this is something staff would be aware of. I expect when booking a ‘Marriott Bonvoy’ property that staff have training that is consistent with the brand. This property does not deserve to be part of the group.

Adequate but not spectacular Marriott hotel. Convenient for the Olympic Marseille football stadium. Rooms ok, Bar ok. But overall functional rather than delightful

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
