        **Avoid At All Cost** What an abysmal experience. Their bartender attacked me while opening my own drink in the lobby. He (Older Man) clearly was intoxicated which led to a dangerously unpleasant experience. Physically harassed me which led to law enforcement arrival. Formal police reports were made and I was kicked out by the General Manager who wasn’t even present. Obviously their management supports this kind of behavior. Did I mention I’m a titanium member? Never staying at a Marriott property again.

        While waiting in line, I saw the previous customer receiving courteous and professional service, which initially gave me a positive impression of the establishment. However, my experience was different. When it was my turn to check in, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the staff member (I'd rather not mention her name on here). I felt as if I were a bother rather than a valued guest. Upon receiving my keys, I was met with nothing but a bad attitude, and unlike other guests, I was not given any information about the hotel's layout, amenities, or even directions to the elevator; instead, after an awkward silence while I waited for this standard information, all she asked was, "Do you need anything else?".

        ***Edit: based on the response, no where in my review did I say the 4pm wasn’t acknowledged, I said a later check out wasn’t granted. Our flight was at 10pm we have small children and asked for a couple hours more, if I remember correctly we asked for either 5pm or 6pm. We have been granted this before. We have even payed additionally for it. Because we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome we left half hour prior to the 4pm, and decided to just bite the bullet and wait it out in the airport. The front desk staff and I’m thinking it was indeed the manger herself who was just rude in her demeanor and her tone in speaking with us, like if she didn’t want to work. As far as the room please do check it, the room was number 311. Didn’t even bring it to her attention because we preferred to avoid the eye roll. End of edit*** Terrible customer service at the front desk. The room smelt horrible, like if someone urinated on the vent for the AC system, it was gross. My husband has platinum elite status with Marriott and is a night away from Titanium status and let me tell you that made no difference with this staff. We got treated as if we were a bothersome to the front desk. She didn’t wanna be flexible and help us out with a later check out, and yes I understand it’s based on availability, let me tell you, the place was dead for a weekend we had a late flight and they could have done something to be helpful. Overall a really disappointing experience with this spot. Great location just horrible service. We tried speaking with 2 different women and they were both really discourteous.

        We are usually pleased with AC Marriotts, and this location did not disappoint. Special shout out to Sabrina who checked us in on 12/22/23. She was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Great customer service and very friendly.

        Super clean hotel with comfy bed and modern feel. Bathroom was cool. There's a tiny shop with snacks, etc. near lobby and a pretty bar area. Only reason I gave service 4 stars is because the water was missing from my room after a very long travel day and I had to head right back downstairs after checkin to retrieve from the front desk.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
