Stayed here for a work trip. My job requires a lot of travel to south Florida. I’ve stayed a ton of places. This one quickly became my favorite. The amenities are clean, the lobby is inviting. Though not open on M&T, the pool bar seemed a fun place to be. Lots of seating and banks of couches. Again very clean. The pool is long, narrow and heated. Check out is noon, so that’s awesome. Right in the middle of Gulf Stream and Aventura mall, in my opinion one of the best malls in FL. The rooms are very large. And best of all, I wasn’t nickel and dime’d w “resort fees” cleaning fees, parking fees, etc. water and ice station on each floor and a fitness center. I’ll stay here again for sure! I could see lack of privacy inside the room being an issue if traveling with others. There is no separation between the bathroom and sleeping area.

The hotel rooms are not bad, they are clean and I can appreciate the laminate wood floors. But for the price you know that you are paying for location. Service is lack luster. Front desk staff leave much to be desire and almost appear sour in the face. Most of the patrons appear conceited and pompous. The gym equipment need a deep cleansing. I give this location a solid 3 stars out of 5.

The hotel is fantastic and situated in Aventura, a delightful area for a stroll. Its location is prime, being just a 4-minute drive from Aventura Mall and directly opposite two street malls. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. After a tiring day, instead of heading to a restaurant, I appreciated having nearby food options to take away and enjoy back at the hotel. Additionally, the hotel boasts impressive architecture with spacious interiors, ample lighting, and meticulous maintenance. The rooms are top-notch, especially the bathrooms. While the gym is on the smaller side, it’s equipped with essential workout machines and cardio equipment. The women at the front desk were consistently kind and friendly. However, the man working the night shift could improve his customer service and overall demeanor. Certainly, I will choose AC Aventura as the first option for upcoming visits.

Stayed here for a night and it’s a nice hotel but the beds were stiff and we had cleaning staff come knock on the door since very early asking what time we were leaving at and constantly asking the same. Probably wanted us on our way out in a rush. It’s probably fine to stay here if coming for business but can’t recommend for pleasure. Also, bunch of bogus fees on top of the reservation price, easily an extra 25% on top of the reservation price.

Loved the hotel! Nice, clean and rooms are great. Only downside was the housekeeping, my room still had trash from prior person, no trash bags and my second night I realized they took all my towels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
