The room was pretty small, but was perfect for what we needed it for. We were attending a friend's holiday party from out of town. The bed was firm, bathroom/shower section didn't have a solid door but it did the trick. Modern fixings and an amazing big screen TV that easily pulled up YouTube so I could watch my favorite gossip show while getting ready. My friend and I really liked our stay. Definitely a hotel in the middle of the city. Staff was great.

This was a decent Marriott. Prices were pretty expensive though, even for NYC prices. Very modern rooms. Typically NYC size. Ling bed was comfortable - felt close to ground though with the platform (no box spring. I was in room alone, so bathroom door was fine but a barn like glass door with no lock seemed a little odd. Service was good. Had to ask 3 times for an extra blanket and then they took it when housekeeping came second night. I was surprised at lack of amenities like a club or restaurant (room service). While close to a few restaurants, the area is a bit dead after dark and not sure I would be out alone. Very quiet area though when trying to sleep at night. The one area that surprised me the most - the window cleaning. No one mentioned this was happening. Imagine the surprise of walking the Brooklyn Bridge, returning before lunch for a shower and clean clothes to a guy hanging right outside the window. No one mentioned this would be happening. A bit of a potential privacy issue if the curtains weren’t closed completely.

This was my first time in New York & I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is in close proximity to the mall , train station , The Brooklyn Bridge , eateries etc. The highlight during my stay was the front desk agent , Jeniqua! She provided excellent customer service to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. She stepped in for the bartender & prepared our drinks. She also gave us some tips for navigating through the city! I would definitely book this hotel again!

The room was decent. The bathroom is extremely small, and they use the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel instead of the small complementary individual size. I'm not crazy about using sharable size bottles, especially knowing other strangers have had access to the bottles, but that's just me. There's a small sofa in the room, but it's seen better days. The beds are extremely comfortable, so comfortable I called once I returned home to ask which mattress they use ( two different ones are offered on the Marriott bedding site) , unfortunately the housekeeping staff wasn't able to answer my questions and said they would connect me to the person who could . I left a message and no response back. Continental breakfast is expensive, 25$ a person. If you're working in the financial district, the location is good.

Shout out to Jay at front desk for exceptional service! My flight arrived early morning and I got to the hotel at 7 am. There were no room available for early check-in. Jay went above and beyond to make sure I can access the room as soon as possible, as well as making sure I can be comfortable waiting in the lounge. Luckily I was able to get a room within an hour thanks to Jay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
