We had a great stay. 10/10! Check-in went well and was quick and smooth and the hotel was always so clean and my three kids were treated really kindly as well. The women who cleaned our room were so sweet. We happened to be in the room both afternoons when they came and they smiled and were kind and very good and courteous to us. You all do a great job at your hotel. It was an ideal stay and helped contribute a lot to a great trip. We will consider your hotel again for its great location and top-notch service next time we stay in the city.

Our stay here was phenomenal! We stayed for several nights celebrating an anniversary, the extremely kind staff made our trip a million times better. Our rooms were clean, the evenings were quiet and the rooftop lounge is breathtaking. Genesis was absolutely amazing with their recommendations and hospitality. Will be staying here in the future!

Room was tight, but served the purpose. It all seemed very clean. The staff was amazing and were all super nice, especially to my son. Location is very convenient, however you can hear the street noise easily from the room. My only negative was we were told there was breakfast (for purchase) available at 6am. We came down around 630am and were informed the breakfast people had not showed up yet, but they did direct us to the bagel shop right next door which was very good.

My husband and I had a great stay! We only stayed for one night, but we were super impressed with our short visit. Since we had a short visit it was super nice to have the hotel in a great central location. The rooms were very bright, clean, and pretty spacious. This includes the bathroom, which I was happy to see was also brightly lit and clean. I was also really pleased with the fully functioning AC/heat unit which helped keep the room comfortable. Finally, the staff were very polite and welcoming when we came, and I enjoyed speaking with Raheen who checked us in. Raheen even sent us a message during our stay to ask how everything was going which we appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

I cannot wait to visit NYC and this hotel is classy and beautiful amidst the noisy and fast city. Friendly and professional staff, always helping you with your request any given time of the day. Housekeeping staff always smiling while passing by. Amazing brunch menu for restaurant on the ground floor and lovely cocktail menu for rooftop with classy seating and standing area(Dress good before going for Cocktails)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
