We were very impressed with our stay at the AC. The parking (with a fee) was plentiful and the lot was well lit at night. The lobby was very clean with a modern design and had a great, fresh smell. The bar was large and appeared well stocked (although we did not utilize it). Check-in was simple and smooth and the front desk associate was very friendly. The elevators required a key card to use which is a great touch for safety. Our room was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet for being directly off the highway. The bed and pillows were nothing special, just a typical hotel setup. The bathroom was spacious, with a wonderful bathroom mirror with great light. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and featured a waterfall/rain head as well as a handheld one. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future!

Great place when not staying at a Disney resort. Gentleman at the front desk got me ice from the bar when I asked where the ice was. Awesome! Rooms were super clean. Easy parking. Only a few minutes from a Tesla charging station. Recommended.

I was impressed with the modern decor and cleanliness of the Hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious for a decent price. The Hotel is easy to access and also close to Disney Springs, just a short drive away.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The room cleanliness was a major issue, as our room remained unserviced throughout our stay despite repeated requests to the front desk. This lack of attention to basic hospitality standards was disappointing. I would recommend others to look for alternative accommodations to ensure a more pleasant stay.

Our first stay here and it will not be our last. Clean spacious rooms. Big tvs. Comfortable beds. Great staff. The lovely ladies working the breakfast buffet are wonderful. It was always well stocked and spotless. Well worth the $15. Already made reservations for our next trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
