        We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff is super friendly and goes beyond to provide exceptional service. The rooms are modern, simple and clean. No nasty carpet! It is small but has everything a person could need…a bar with food service, an outdoor heated pool, workout room and an exceptional breakfast buffet. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

        My family and I stayed here a couple of nights visiting from out of town. The hotel and our room was clean and staff were friendly. I can’t speak to the housekeeping, as we had our DND sign on the door our entire stay. The hotel was very kept and they had a few fun things in the lobby, like human-sized connect four. We appreciate that there was not much noise throughout the hallways on the third floor, but we also were there during the work week and not a weekend. Our room had a great view of the Camel Back Mountain and traffic wasn’t too loud. The place felt pretty safe and security was patrolling the grounds checking the gates at night to ensure they were locked. The bar was awesome, but Mr. Wayne , one of the bartenders there, made it all worth the while!! I had a cocktail called Lavender Bees Knees , and Wayne made it perfectly every time !! He was so kind and his hospitality was immaculate! We didn’t even want to scope out other bars because of his service. Overall , we’ve enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here when we visit again!

        This hotel was nicer than a lot of 4 star hotels I've stayed at - I was floored. Everything was clean and new- I would stay here again 100X. The pool was very warm in late December, I saw many guests using it and regretted not bringing my own swimsuit. The beds were very comfortable and I don't have a single suggestion for improvement- we will definitely be staying here again for Scottsdale visits.

        We have been staying here annually since 2018, but we will not be staying here again. Unfortunately the service has gone way down since 2018. The housekeepers to not do anything more than leave new towels which was disappointing, had to ask front desk for more waters, coffee, and other essentials that are typically replenished during housekeeping. The creamer provided for coffee in the room was expired. And when exiting the room to the hallway we were hit with a foul sewage smell, they must be having plumbing issues but it was absolutely disgusting smelling we had to run from our room to the elevator. Snacks in snack bar were expired and the other option was $16 breakfast… no thank you. Highlights: location, party in the lobby if you’re into that. And staff is friendly.

        My wife and I recently stayed at the Marriott AC Biltmore in Arizona, and we were blown away by the experience. We'll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family in the area. The standout service came from Jordan, the fantastic bartender who crafted amazing drinks and mocktails, Merissa at the front desk who made check-in a breeze, Bassim who went above and beyond with special requests, and Jessica, who ensured all our needs were met, from early check-in to local entertainment suggestions. The hotel's decor and aroma were masterfully selected, creating a perfect blend of elegance and charm. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had, and we can't wait to return. Thanks to the entire Marriott AC Biltmore team for an unforgettable stay!
