Had a pleasant stay here when travelling for work. Clean, modern and spacious room that was well kept. Climate control worked well and the bathroom was easy to use. The breakfast selection was decent, with a few hot options including eggs and frittata among cold cuts and pastries. The location is very accessible from Atocha station and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

A decent hotel and good location. It’s walkable to a lot of the museums in Madrid and of course the train station. Simple rooms that have recently been remodeled but for the price point it’s very good clean and nice hotel. For elite members just note that they don’t offer breakfast as an option they do offer for the welcome gift of dollars per day.

Nice Western hotel close to all museums. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. I loved having a bathtub. The service was not very friendly or helpful. We are Platinum Elite members and the housekeeping never replenished our coffee pods or bottles of water. And, while we were given a daily food/beverage credit, it did not come close to paying for the daily breakfast, which was 44 euros for 2 people. The service at breakfast was lovely, but it was a very expensive, basic European breakfast. Overall the hotel is nice and the location is exceptional, but we felt the service was not as friendly or helpful as we expect from Marriott.

Very Nice and clean hotel! Near the train station, 30 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Was greeted with a warm welcome fr Roscio! Thanks for helping us. Very accommodating and will answer you with questions you want to know! Thank you also to Andreas fr the front desk too. I love this hotel! Thank you!

It was a very noisy hotel and very rude front desk staff. They are doing renovations and allow them to do work and put guests in rooms below the work. It makes it impossible to enjoy your room. Additionally, the shutters did not close so very noisy from the road too. Definitely find a better hotel as there are many nearby

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
