We stayed one night here before our morning flight. The area around the hotel looks unmanaged with scrubby vegetation and unkempt buildings and it is awkwardly located for an "airport hotel" as it is not close to the airport or food. However below the ground is a secure parking garage and elevator access to a nice interior especially the lobby and breakfast and bar area. Rooms were decent with no noise, a large bathroom and good beds and wifi. The stylish breakfast was included with our room and has a long service time. It's about 10 minutes to drive to T1 rental drop off.

Front desk staff was friendly. Dining area staff is less than friendly. We were a family of three. There was an extra bed in the room. Both nights we had to request more towels and wash clothes. Extremely overpriced for what you get.

Pros Clean Friendly and helpful staff Comfy mattresses Small onsite bar and restaurant Cons Compact hotel with small rooms Noise from aircrafts taking off and landing from 7am till midnight as the hotel is very close to runways Gym is small and poorly maintained (few machines in bad condition) Main disadvantage is the location, very cumbersome to rely on public transport, better be driving or Uber will cost 25-35€ to the center

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
