Nice clean spacious hotel room. No shower door, so could be a bit chilly during showers. Good location with malls nearby. Check in was a breeze, all thanks to Isivelis. She was one of the most helpful front office staff we have ever encountered. Not only was she helpful & fast in checking all 8 of us in, she also shared with us about the surrounding and available tours we could take. She is highly recommended!

No complaints at all staying here. A nice bakery just down the street. This is just an FYI!!!... breakfast not included and when I stayed this was not posted, that I saw, nor did I ask, so that's on me, BUT it was resolved to my satisfaction.

While not in the historic heart of Barcelona this hotel is in a great location. Attached to a mall with all shops you could want and a short bus ride to any sites. We're super happy we decided to stay here and not in the touristy areas. Allowed us to see the 'local' Barcelona. Great service from the whole team!

Very modern and comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast. By far the most varied and high quality breakfast that we have encountered anywhere. Please be careful when exiting the hotel if you use the revolving door: There's a slight lip up, then a half step down to the street. All else was just great.

Perfectly situated. Most attractions within walking distance (5km). Rooms are modern and comfortable although showing some wear and tear. Although next too bars and restaurants the rooms are quiet. Curtains keep the light out. Staff are typical. Not great and not bad either.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
