        We stayed here for a week in an accessible room in May. I am writing now because I never want to leave a review when I am very mad. My wife is paralyzed from the waist down and in a manual wheelchair. Everything was fine during our first week here. We left and came back to stay for one night before we started our trip back to the US. They did not have an accessible room held back for us even though I had booked through the Marriott ADA office. My wife couldn’t even get her chair into the bathroom. She had to use the lobby bathroom. The front desk person felt terrible but the general manager obviously didn’t care. They took $50 off the room and gave us zero points. I wonder how the manager would feel if he stayed in a hotel room but had to go to the lobby if he needed to go to the bathroom and had no access to a shower?

        Pretty nice business hotel, very friendly and pleasant service. The picture with the pool is fake/misleading, there is no pool. The gym is tiny and under equipped (1 bike, 1 treadmill, weights till 10kg). Breakfast is pretty good with decent chooses. It’s minimum 15-20min walking distance to the old town and city center. I can recommend the hotel and I’d stay here again.

        I do love my marriot hotels. The service is second to none. However, when it comes to this AC marriot, you must know two things: no lounge for marriot members, its a walk… its a 25min walk anywhere which u can easily see by google mapping the location to the center of the city.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
