Unfortunately, the lack of A/C at this hotel is poorly advertised. The room was at least 30 C when we checked in, and all that could be done was to "open a window" as the heater vents continued to blow hot air. The staff tried to assist but we had to move to a different hotel.

My reviews are always honest, and accurate. This hotel is let down by the lack of Air Conditioning. Everything else was nothing short of absolutely excellent. The best staff ever! The breakfast was excellent and really the room was also very well appointed. I visited in March, it was warm but not very warm. Had it been very warm (like summer) the lack of AC would have been a huge issue. Why leave it out!

AC Marriott Irla offers guests easy access to a variety of services and nightlife in Sant Gervasi. The guest rooms are small yet very clean. For those in rooms facing the street, consider wearing earplugs in case you’re a light sleeper as there is a lot of night life in the area (as in most parts of the city). The breakfast buffet offered guests cold meats, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, breads, pastries and hot items including eggs. The robe and slippers in the room as well as the hot water kettle were appreciated. There is also a small fitness room with cardio machines (bikes and a treadmill) and free weights. There’s also a steam room and shower attached to the fitness room. Had a pleasant stay and would return.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was great. Nice clean room and great staff. I did see the previous reviews about the hot water and the outside noise but I didn’t experience any of that. The sink did take a little longer for the hot water to arrive but the shower worked well and no delay. There was no outside noise and Hotel was in a great location.

Rooms were underwhelming with the worst internet I have ever seen. Hotel has Lots of small restaurants around and very close to ground transportation . For the price I paid , I could have shopped around for a better hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
