        The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Due to an issue at another hotel with room reservation, we were left to scramble for a hotel at 11:00 PM. We called this hotel, being gold members, and were quickly accommodated. I appreciate the hospitality that was provided. Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the restaurant/bar in the evening were great. Overall great experience

        I have been to this hotel several times as this is our Crew Hotel for the Airline I am flying for. - Rooms are ok but very hot and bad air quality. Air Conditioning not working properly and no effect on room temperature - windows are sealed and not possible to open them In the past it was possible but now they say it is too dangerous and the manager does not want them to be opened - there is always one guy at the reception who reacts rude and unfriendly when asking for a room to the more quiet side or requesting the windows to be opened Just hands you over a Business Card from the Manager on duty Every time a bad experience this hotel! There are for sure better options in Milano.

        The hotel is located close to the Garibaldi train station giving you access to all public transport to reach the city center. The room was spacious and cleaned. We had a room on the 17th floor with a fantastic view on Milano skyline. The staff is very polite and ready to welcome you. It is a good choice if you look for a good hotel at a good price still in a central position.

        A modern hotel located close to Garibaldi train station. Although it is a bit of distance from tourist attraction sites, the room was clean with a great view of the city. Super that the bathroom was spacious and there was also a bathtub. Drinking water was available right next to the check-in counter. There was a direct train connection to to Malpensa Airport from its nearby station.

        Avoid hotel like pest if you like normal room temperature for sleeping. No Air conditioning. Rooms totally overheated. Had to have door open for hours but didn’t help and this IN WINTER! Windows cannot be opened at all, not even a bit. Manager not available. Solution presented consisted in blocking the room door from closing and opening the emergency door to the stairs outside. Did not help. Basically did not sleep all night washing my face with cold water every hour or so. Worst experience ever in a Marriott. Never an AC hotel again. Hotel has air conditioning capabilities but seems to be saving money on not running air conditioning in winter but has no option to cool down rooms. Never again a hotel without possibility to open windows.
