The room was clean and very nice. Great view and drinks at the bar on the 7th floor. Location is near everything in downtown Pittsburgh and at the end of the strip. Ample parking. One complaint is that the parking is expensive. $25/day is over the top...hotel should work out something better for the guests. I paid $12/day in Washington DC at a Marriott.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The main drawbacks start when you enter the building on the ground floor and take an elevator to the top floor to check in. This was confusing the first time I visited this property. The other issue is that the rooms can be noisy because of boats and traffic around the area. They do have white noise setups in the room, which help. It is in a great location to enjoy the Pittsburgh area.

Great location to walk just about anywhere you need to downtown. Stayed a few nights for a work conference. We had catered breakfast and lunch by the hotel and it was excellent and fresh. Express checkout is easy and all staff I encountered were very nice. You may want to do a mobile check in 30 minutes or more before you arrive. When arrived at 9PM we checked in via the app and the mobile key still wasn't ready so we had to go check in at the lobby, which was no big no really, but a nice to know. Would have been nice also, if the front desk was more thorough about parking options as signage may make you believe that you can't park in the lot across the street, but you can, we ended up parking behind the hotel in a parking garage.

The single worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I stayed at this location because I was taking the bar exam at the convention center next door. I was staying for several days. While I was out for the day (taking my test), the staff literally entered my room and threw away everything in my room. When this was brought to the attention of the staff upon my return, I was told that they did so because I was traveling so lightly (several outfits, two cases of drinks, food, snacks, etc. was all in the room). So, effectively, I was blamed for their staff's theft and/or incompetence. I was promised a ton of points for their app (I received literally zero of those points and have been told I will not receive any of those points). Instead, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them and handed a bag of snacks as a pathetic attempt to make up for what they had stolen from my room, given a refund on one night of my stay (didn't even cover the cost of the clothes they stole), and given empty promises. If you have any other option, I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

Great stay. We came in late on a bus and the hotel was only a block away from the station, as was the convention center. The room was clean and modern. The noon checkout was nice. Both the night and day staffs were very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
