From the general manager to the front desk manager and the staff. We experienced excellent service. We arrived on New Year’s Eve and our room was next to the bar and there was a loud party. We called Carlos at the front desk. He was our hero. He immediately changed rooms for us, brought us a luggage cart and gave us a room in the quietest part of the hotel. He did this all while working alone. The next day we wanted to recognize Carlos and so we spoke to the general manager. The general manager is a kind and distinguished gentleman. We explained to him what happened and he did whatever he could to make things up to us. They gave us a late check out and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable without us even asking or expecting anything. On top of all of this the hotel is clean, the showers are divine, excellent breakfast buffet, in the perfect location with beautiful views. We will absolutely return and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We loved our stay at the AC Hotel! The location was super convenient to everything we needed and wanted to do during our stay in Santiago. The hotel and surrounding area feel very safe, even later at night. The closest metro station is about a 5 minute walk, the mall next door has an awesome grocery store, and the walking/running path by the river is just across the street. The hotel staff was outstanding, everyone was incredibly friendly and made every effort to ensure our stay was great. Even though our Spanish isn't great, everyone was patient and happy to help us. The breakfast is excellent and the rooftop bar is a must for drinks and the view. Our room also had an incredible view of the mountains and the bed was super comfy. We would 100% stay here again!

Stayed here for a show 🙌 A pleasant and clean hotel with friendly staff and yummy breakfast buffet. They also have a great lounge with cocktails and snacks. The rooms were well designed and clean. I had a nice view and they offer sheers and blackout curtains. Gym was basic but for a quick workout it was good. Bonus mall on 5th floor with lots of restaurants and shopping of all kinds. Location was really good. Plenty of well rated restaurants, cafes and fun street vendors.

Excellent service, room, and location. We were upgraded (titanium elite) to a corner suite with impeccable views and welcome and birthday gifts. Rooms were modern and clean with a comfy King bed. The staff were very helpful and location was central to San Cristobal, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Luna Bar is a wonderful spot, especially at sunset! Wonderful stay overall.

You have to go to the Luna roof top bar in the AC hotel, the views are amazing you can see the entire city and mountain scape, sunset on the mountain tops are a like changing event. Make reservations because it’s hard to get into , it’s a very popular spot , Oh did I mention the food and drinks are outstanding.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
