I've had the opportunity to stay in different AC Hotels before, and I must say that this one was a disappointment. Generally, AC Hotels are known for their quality and small but comfortable rooms. However, my experience at this particular location left much to be desired. The room was incredibly tiny, to the point where the shower felt like it could double as a portable one, and the toilet area was so narrow it could easily have done without a door. But the most frustrating aspect of the room was the blackout curtains. They were smaller than the window, which allowed an annoying amount of light to seep in, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I brought up the issue with the front desk, only to find out that this problem was not unique to my room; it seems to be a common complaint among guests. On a positive note, the hotel's location is quite convenient. It's situated behind the main train station in Barcelona, and the Sants neighborhood it's located in is peaceful and close to the Montjuic area. While the hotel does have some merits, the room size and curtain issues were significant drawbacks for me. Hopefully, these concerns can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Location to train station is great, the staff was great. But if you’re spending lots of time in the tourist areas it’s probably better staying in that area. Also the room is weirdly planned. Moving bathroom mirror looking into the bedroom area. Toilet that echos like crazy into the bedroom. Not for me.

This is a really good hotel right next to Sants train station, where you can take a train to Madrid. The room is a bit small but it is nice. Additionally, the people at the reception are very nice and welcoming. Huge shout out to Bruno who was very friendly and helpful during my stay there.

Room is ok. Bathroom has no privacy door. Other people in the room can easily walk in to you having a bath or in the toilet. Shower area and toilet has its own sliding door but no lock. So no privacy. Breakfast is serviceable. Friendly staff. Very Bad Wifi inside the room. Lobby area wifi is the only workable speed. I even struggle to post this review on their own wifi. Location is great since beside the train station Had to update my review from 3stars to 2stars. Frontdesk says they cannot repair the bad wifi. Not recommended!

Very nice position just outside the station, nice rooms (but not so good Internet) and the bathroom/shower is on the small side but it does work. People working there super friendly, nice breakfast but nothing special. The ration quality to price is fine for the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
