All Hardware look good such GYM,Room but software as Internet WIFI and TV signal very poor from my 2 nights stay could not use WIFI and TV.For Digital or IT people did not recommend to stay here.

I spent a month here. I paid 8,500 for the monthly rent 850 for my electricity and water 500 for room cleaning The place is very clean, quiet with a big gym. Shower was good but the problem is the Wi-Fi signal. Basically it’s like not having it., otherwise I could give it a start more. My iPhone couldn’t connect 90% of the times and my Mac wasn’t much better. You also get cable TV with lots of sport channels, a microwave and a fridge. It’s a 10/15 walk from the station and bus stop. SevenEleven and supermarket are 5 mins away. Lots of street food and friendly atmosphere on the road. I experienced no problems other than the frustrating Wi-Fi. I actually had a couple of issues during my stay but were promptly addressed by the staff. I stayed for the gym and it’s proximity to the stadium where there’s a good track for running in the evenings. Thank you

The old lady at the front desk and all her staff have some of the worst manners I’ve ever experienced. She’s mean and snappy and no matter what you say, she will always have something condescending to say to you no matter how nice you try to be.Also they will always try to screw you and blame you for damage that was already in the room before you moved in. If you move in, make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING in the room especially anything that is damaged. Send it to them on LINE and screenshot that too with the date.My gf got charged a ridiculous amount for a rip in the bed that had very obviously been there for for 2-3 years prior to her moving in. The facility is nice especially the gym but I wish they would have nicer manners and cared about their tenants more. Go for the gym but I don’t recommend living there.

Very unfriendly staff and overpriced. Basic equipment is not handed out when not renting the most expensive room. No Bed sheets, blanket, pillows, etc. Check the surrounding area, there are many better places if you consider price/value. I would have stayed for many more months to come but had to reconsider. Unfortunately moving out after one month now. I wish the owners would train their staff in basic courtesy and build up a respectable hospitality business by handing out at least basic bed linen - like any shabby motel in the poorest countries in the world does. The internet does not allow to work or use the internet consistently. Not recommended.
