Hmmmm. Too many drunks in and around the place. You’ll spend your nights wondering if your car has been broken into by the shadowy figures seemly in every dark place in the car park. As I drove off from my stay I was greeted by three people drinking warm beer across the road at 7:30am. Clean up all the drunks and loiterers and upgrade the rooms. It would be a really good place. We were evacuated from our room at 3am because of drunks smoking in their rooms. As I walked out of the fire escape. There was a drunk passed out on a chair outside the fire door. Plenty of drunks, shouting, F bombs and unsavoury people lurking around. If you like that sort of thing. This is your place

New Years watched the fireworks from the balacony, was nice. Room was nice. The reception service 6/10, they need to smile 😀 and be a bit more friendly, not our fault they hate their job! Had a rude awakening 3ish am, fire alarm and a lot of us sensible ones took the stairs, except for some as we watched them coming out of the lift..🫤. So lucky it wasn’t a real fire.

Had to seek shelter from the fallout of the floods after repeated flight cancellations. Bookings for this place was easy and friendly. I was a little annoyed that for the price I paid for the room didn't include buffet breakfast, that was separate, but available. The hotel itself is quite dishevelled, so, in my opinion, you don't really get what you pay for. It's great if you are desperate.

The hotel has excellent rooms with either mountain views or beach front. Service is great . Rooms are clean. They do not have any microwaves .Bathroom has no separate shower only bath tub with shower mixer. Laundry was a little confusing. Value for money and location

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
