I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I must say it was an exceptional experience. seamless check-in process. The accommodations were nothing short of excellent. Was spacious, beautifully appointed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the apartment design and amenities truly added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. The host went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry I had.

Great experience. Very friendly people and excellent treatment. Channel is a sweet keen staff (god bless her soul), she noticed my wife’s birthday and gave us a complementary room upgrade. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The location is very good. I came here with no intention of using the gym or the swimming pool (while they are offered). So I do not know about those two. For the value I paid for a good clean nice place hosted by these wonderful people was great. I had a car and the parking service is excellent. The security is very good too. For the nitty pickings of things: 1- the room is cold and the floors are made of porcelain so you better have your own slippers. Or you can requested from the front desk And it’s free. 2- No soap in the bathroom, get yours. Though there are the amenities of shampoo and gel shower.

Unlock J One was worth every penny spent. The location, accommodation and staff was absolutely amazing. I had to travel on business for a month and this space made me feel like I was at home. All the necessary things were in place to make my space comfortable and able to focus on my assignments.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect! Cleanliness is excellent! The bed was very comfy. Very satisfied with the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
