Nice comfortable clean room, well decorated and kitted out, amazing value for money. The staff were super friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay again next time I visit Milan.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is very kind and attentive. The breakfast is awesome. Some minuses: - the location (is a bit far from the main attractions) and the room's furniture is a bit old and renovation, in general. Also, a very strong smell of chemical was in the room, I would think from the cleaning products or from a solution against insects. If you can deal with the above minuses, then the hotel is a great option.

Stayed for 2 nights in November and had the best time! The hotel is a hidden gem - the rooms are so spacious and comfortable and each and every staff member is absolutely lovely. The metro is only a few minutes walk , so all in all a 6 star review if we could! When we come back we will definitely be returning to stay here

Hotel far outside of the city centre and not much in walking distance (except a large supermarket), but with good metro and bus connections. Spacious and clean rooms, not sparkling new, but well kept. The breakfast is exceptional for Italian standards: coffee specialties made to order (yes, sometimes it takes some minutes) and a really large variety of fresh fruits and baked goods, some cheese and bread.

The hotel is amazing. Room was really nice and big. The balcony gave a clean and neat overview on a kindly big garden. the hotel place is so close into Centro Affori metro station. you can go to duomo or everwhere easily by metro. the hotel as well has park for 15 per night. overall very nice and happy about it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
