Our last day here at Access Resort & Villas, this place is absolutely amazing & the staff are friendly & can’t do enough for you. We stayed in room 169 for two weeks which was a bright & very clean room with our own swim up pool. This hotel is situated in a great place, just a short walk to Karon beach & all the shops & restaurants. The breakfast was extensive with so much variety for everyone. Upon arrival you are greeted by lovely staff who offer you a welcome drink & even managed to get us into our room before check-in time which was much appreciated as we were shattered after our long journey. We will be sad to leave this little paradise but hope to come visit again in the future. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so memorable & special Xx 😘 kind regards, Paul & Emma.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms are super clean with a great ac. Every room has a pool on the Terrasse which was our favorite spot to chill and had good conversations. Breakfast is alright for Thai standards. We would definitely come back when nearby. Fair prices for the value you get. I can recommend it to anyone. 👍

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the attention and guest service were exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The hotel facilities were beautiful and provided a welcoming atmosphere. As someone who has had the opportunity to travel to several countries, I can say with confidence that this hotel offers unparalleled value for money. Compared to some European hotel experiences where I found expensive places with small spaces, this establishment exceeded my expectations. I read some negative reviews about the hotel being far from the beach, but I think it's essential to adjust expectations based on personal preferences. I don't think it's fair to rate the hotel with one star just because it is far from the beach, since if that person was looking for a beachfront hotel they should have looked better and obviously paid more. In my case I preferred the tranquility of the surroundings and the distance to the beach did not bother me. In short, my stay here was a real pleasure. I recommend this hotel to those looking for a quality experience at a fair price, without being carried away by reviews that sometimes lack objectivity.

We stayed here for two weeks - left today. We liked the location and rented a scooter from the hotel. It was bit more expensive than in other shops, but it was almost new and everything went smoothly, which is appreciated and worth the money. With scooter it was easy to navigate around. Taxi isn't expensive either. We also walked to the beach and Karon Night Market and eventhough there are no sidewalks, we thought it was ok! Hotel rooms were spacious and we liked a lot the pool access - super nice to spend time on your balcony. Yes, some touch up needed for the pool area and bathrooms, but everything worked and we really enjoyed our time here! What is worth mentioning, is that the area is super cozy and we felt like we were 'alone'. There was no hassle, no loud people, no loud music etc. Super relaxing atmosphere! Near by there is super good massage place, Lemongrass Massage, please go there, it was 10/10! There are also a lot of good restaurants just next door, so look into those!

As someone who has had the opportunity to travel to several countries, I can say with confidence that this hotel offers great value for money considering how much I had to pay to stay for a week. I stayed in room 169 which was a large & clean room with access to the swim up pool. To me breakfast is ok, it's pretty basic. The juice is powdered, the coffee machine milk is powdered. The selection is limited but considering the cost of the room per night you can understand. Yes the place is a little worn but it doesn't affect anything regarding the stay. I don't understand what happens at night and if the hotel simply cannot compete with the night life and restaurants of Karon town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
