        I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly at the front desk and restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff's warm welcome and genuine hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. The restaurant staff also deserves high praise. Christopher, who seemed to be everywhere at once, provided impeccable service to me and to every guest who entered the restaurant during my stay. His dedication and professionalism were evident, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that enhanced my experience. The team's attention to detail and dedication to client happiness made my entire stay even more exceptional. The hotel itself has lovely rooms and immaculate, well-maintained amenities, but what really makes it stand out is the great service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay and an experience marked by outstanding service. Thank you to Christopher and the entire staff for making my visit truly memorable.         This was a great little hotel. The location was in good spot. The rooms were really nice. Bed was comfy I was on the 15th floor and the view was great. Can't rate the staff any higher. Extremely pleasant, helpful and just couldn't seem to do any more. Great attitude and very welcoming. We had a few deliveries com, and they insisted to deliver to our room so we could just relax. Will love to try and stay there again.

        If I can stay at an Ace I usually always will. Solid design with outstanding hospitality and amenities. We had a slight issue with a door in our room and the staff was quick to address it by the time we got back from our days activities. We booked a double double (two beds) which was right for the 3 of us. I'd suggest booking a bigger room if there's 4 people plus luggage. Ultimately had a successful stay and glad to check Ace Sydney off my list.

        We stayed here before returning home to Vancouver and really enjoyed our stay. We went to the rooftop restaurant two nights in a row and we wanted to say that the bartender Daniel was just absolutely amazing, not only were his cocktails awesome but he was so friendly and conversational.         Have had a few staycations at Ace Sydney and have loved it every time. Our most recent time we stayed on the pets floor with our dog and loved everything! We were given a dog bowl and bed too. I’m a huge fan of Flack Studios and think they’ve done an incredible job on the design. This hotel has become a cultural hub and is what Sydney has been missing. I think it’s because the decor and design is the perfect mix of home comfort with Australia’s biggest artists on the rise and their art which hangs on the walls (or is the actual front desk, or stands strong in the lobby bad). Many of my friends who are artists, brand owners and creatives have meetings over drinks or meet their friends in the lobby bar just because it has the right vibe. You can’t beat that.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
