Thinking about the facilities, quality, location and the price. It is one of the best accomodation around huahin. Maybe not the best option for those who wants to take a walk around the huahin city, but it's got nice pools, easy access to the beach, there's good seafood restaurant by the seaside right next to. The employees were really nice and polite. The breakfast was not THAT good though, and one of our room had broken speaker(not a big issue). It was good in overall.

A beautiful hotel the staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The views around the hotel are stunning and you can walk straight onto the beach from the hotel is amazing. It is slightly outside of the town but the hotel offers a free bus service running 4 times a day into the town.

We stayed in a deluxe room on the third floor and my favourite thing about it is the huge double bed on the balcony that looks up into the open sky! Love lying there in the day to enjoy the sun and at night to gaze up at the skies! The hotel is very photogenic, although there are some corners of wear & tear, it's not a big deal for us. Service is super friendly, and they have buggys to drive you to the carpark even though it's really not that far away. There is a good variety at breakfast, enough seats, space and food, unlike some other hotels where it can get pretty crowded and claustrophobic. Would have loved to use the pool that looks out into the sea but it was too cold! Location is a bit far from HuaHin town, I didn't see any of the shuttles mentioned in othe reviews. It's best if you have your own vehicle. There are a few local seafood restaurants on the beach if you don't want to travel into town.

Thanks for making us feel like being home with your warm welcome from your staff. The place is great as we have expected. I enjoy the place's beauty of excellent design and style most. You also provide the variety of fine breakfast. Moreover your staff is very helpful and lovely. Some of my friends have decided to visit Hua Hin and stay at your hotel after they saw the hotel's photos on my Facebook.

Had a great stay at Ace Of Hua Hin resort. Staff are friendly and the restaurants food is immaculate!! It would be better if the swimming pool and beach was cleaner. Rubbish is everywhere on the beach and the swimming pool is not clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
