        It’s inside a old building,on the top 5th floor, very new hotel, room is big enough, I am lucky to have a room with window, bed is comfortable,very quiet in the room,I slept well,front desk is very nice. It’s worth the price,but notice that lots of rooms with no window.

        Pros: 1. Good location, pas di sebrang petaling street market 2. They provide washing machine and ironing board for self service laundry 3. Water dispenser disediakan untuk free flow hot and cold water. So bring your own bottle or tumbler if you’re planning to stay here Cons: 1. The hotel is on the 5th floor of an old shopping mall, dan untuk menuju elevator yang ada di ground floor mall ini harus jalan kurang lebih 100 meter ke arah belakang (ada gang kecil di luar mall) dan harus naik tangga untuk menuju ke elevator tsb. So if you travel with an elderly and you bring big luggage, this hotel is not for you. I happen to travel with my mother and we bring 2 luggage, it was so inconvenient for us to drag the luggage by stairs (no ramp). 2. The hotel security staff are not friendly and not helpful at all. They didnt bother to offer help when they saw me and my 72 year old mother yang lagi kesulitan bawa koper sambil nahan pintu ke lobby. They just sit there, unbothered. 3. The hotel reception when we checked in, the guy with dyed hair and glasses was also unfriendly and unbothered to us, his face expression says it all (we are the guests, he is the hotel staff. I don’t get the logic of his attitude). 4. Air panas di shower kamar kami tidak panas, so I asked them to check. Apparently it was broken and cant be fixed so they suggest to change room. I was like, how come the maintenance guy didnt check the room before admitting new guest. This was also inconvenient because we already settled in the room and had to move our stuff to the new room.

        Not sure why others had bad experience in this hotel, maybe different room has different experience. But I hv lucky got clean room, bathroom, pillow and bed was okay, everything is fine for me, at least the room not look 'usang'. But I wish the hotel should provide some clothes hanger, not sure if my room only doesn't provided or not. Definitely will come again.

        I’ve stayed here twice. Overall the location is great to be at a closer walking distance to Chinatown. The facilities look quite new, as I understand they opened during MCO. However, on my first stay, there was an off putting smell coming from one of the pillow sheets, which I did not give much thought to, just decided to avoid using that pillow, perhaps the bedding/room has been left unused for awhile. On my second stay, the toilet had an awful smell, I suspect some issues with the plumbing. But the building is fairly old, so I can understand. But worse of all is the staff who are unfortunately very slow and incompetent in service, checking in definitely took longer than necessary, with excuses like not being able to find my booking confirmation, taking their time to re-key in details, needing payment in cash as their card payment system couldn’t work. This was not a one-off incident, as all of this has happened both times I’ve stayed here and with different staffs on duty too! There was also a fire alarm testing during my recent stay, which the staff did not bother to inform me of during my stay. When I had to abruptly left my room to check on the alarm, the staff simply brushed off my concerns without providing any actual explanation for the blaring alarm. Overall seems like a disappointing effort from a reputable parent company for an otherwise great location and fairly new hotel in the area. Side note: parking is using tng (cashless) for a flat rate of rm10 per stay, so remember to take your tng card along with you and ask for the waiver from the reception during your check out (which also takes awhile for them to do).

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
