This is the most misleading hotel ever. It is a 4 star hotel but looks barely like a 2 star one. Our initial booking was wrong even if we booked accordingly. We got all the rooms with twin beds even if we chose to have some rooms with one big bed. At the front desk they redid the booking for 1 room with 1 bed but without breakfast as we initially opted for and we found out in the last day. The twin beds are very small, so are some of the rooms. The bathrooms are clean and fully equiped. There was no access to a minibar in my room, was locked. Also, in other room the minibar was accessible but empty. So, we had to go out late in the night to buy some water because we did not have enough. It was just a little bottle for 2 persons. Also, there was only one coffee bag even though it was a room for 2. I do not understand how it has so many good rates on booking.

Don't let the outlook of hotel fool you. Inside it is very nice! Everything is clean and cosy. Lady at reception was so nice. Outside parking for the guests is free of charge.

The hotel is in general sad and dark, it is right on the pavement of a boulevard, with all the noise and the hassle it could have. No way to relax there, only good us that is in relatively smaller distance than other for star hotels in Budapest (.... always theoretically because 4 stars in Budapest, means in conditions, what 1 or 2 (max.)stars mean in most other capitals of the world...) The night shift receptionist was extremely arrogant, extremely impolite, extremely unwilling and finally, extremely rude... .... she almost made me abandon the check-in and leave the hotel!... The -supposed to be- 4 stars hotel, has a totally empty mini bar in the roo, has absolutely nothing of room service (especially in the night, I don't know about day because I left) and in general his a totally "empty" atmosphere!... The room was relatively small for a 4 star hotel and on the edge regarding cleanliness and maintainance status ... .... As for the price, they charged 91€/night, which is outrageous I would say, for what I got, especially in regard of services and attitude!...

The first thing you won't really notice when you arrive at this hotel-especially if you arrive at night - is the fact that there's a cycling path right in front of the hotel entrance!!!! Be very careful as cyclists here aren't as cautious as in other countries I've visited. I was traveling with a group which included elderly people who didn't have the reflexes to avoid passing bicycles and there were many instances that we came very close to having an accident. Rooms were clean with air conditioner, they had TV with a variety of foreign channels and the bathroom had a blow dryer and a led lit magnifying mirror - which was an extra convenience for me. Free WiFi kept disconnecting making it impossible to finish any kind of task online- like other visitors have pointed out. Some rooms on the first floor didn't have a fridge. All rooms had special cabinets with a lock where you can find the fridge in, but in our room the cabinet was locked. When we asked to use the fridge and they unlocked it, there was no fridge inside! They probably had taken it for a service or they were waiting for a replacement. Just make sure to ask if there's a fridge in the room they give you when you arrive at the hotel. Especially if you're carrying your insulin! The food at the restaurant was delicious as well as the breakfast which included a variety of foods and beverages to choose from. All in all the hotel had a stylish atmosphere and was very clean.

Even I asked for quiet room I got room in front of the elevator. Paper walls and busy street in front made my room pretty noisy. Breakfast room is very small so you have to be lucky to have a table. The only good was that the room was clean and bed fine. Not good deal for the price.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
