We booked a 4 night stay (total 3 rooms) We were really unhappy about the status of 2 rooms. We had a late checkin and when we entered the room, the room was extremely cold and the heater was OFF for the whole night. I mentioned this to the reception, but nothing happened. The mattress at those rooms was heavily damaged. We complained this also next day morning itself and requested to change it but the hotel people just ignored our requests. Really horrible customer support. I do not know how this hotel was rewarded a 4-STAR rating. A very basic breakfast was offered and that too was heavily priced. Totally dissatisfied.

I have never had such poor service in any hotel like in the 4 star Achat in Dresden. The day before, I paid for the reservation of a room in your hotel in advance without the right to a refund, at the same time I informed that I would be at 2 am because I was coming back from my holiday in Tuscany. On the spot I received information that my room is not available because it has been sold twice, the 4-star hotel has a problem with the maids and the other rooms are dirty, no one has read my email, no one has called to verify whether I will be in the hotel. I received a variant of staying in a 3 star hotel 12 km from the hotel where I booked the room. HOTEL disaster without embarrassment and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

As we entered the room, the room gave us the sense of cleaned, fresh and cosy. The environment around the room was so silent, that we had our best sleep in the bed at night after a long day walk around Dresden. Top of it, the breakfast was so the best. One can have a lot of options. We really did enjoyed our vacation on cosy room on a nice price of 3 days vacation. I fully recommend this hotel to have a nice homely feeled time with urs loved ones outside of the house.

I've been there on Easter 2022 with my partner. I paid the first day in advance for breakfast for 2 days, as they told me they had glutenfree options and I'm gluten intolerant. The next morning, we found out there was only one tiny brötchen glutenfree, the size of my thumb and no other options. The waitress told me she would find some more and never came back. Naturally, I decided to cancel the next day breakfast and asked for a refund for 2 people, which they never paid back. I wrote them twice and even tried to call, but I never received an answer. This is super frustrating, considering I paid for a service I never had. Very disappointing.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, and VERY comfortable beds!! The hotel is in a quiet area and very well built so you do not hear your neighbors. Added bonus is it was very affordable! Within walking distance to a nice little bakery that shares a building with a Lidl grocery store. This hotel would be good for longer stays too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
