We had such a great stay! You really couldn't ask for a more convenient, centralized location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. All for a very reasonable price, too. Kudos guys, thank you! We'll most definitely be staying here again. Edited to add: The Berkshire Room attendants and bartenders were fantastic! The cocktail menu is excellent on its own, but the "dealer's choice" option is such a great idea.

The best experience! Very clean rooms, extremely comfy beds, and exceptional staff! Thank you very much to the kind hotel staff for your help, and well wishes on my evening and stay. You can definitely feel how much care these guys put into their daily duties. Nice job yall!! My room was very secure, tidy and clean. Plenty of fresh towels and a killer waterfall shower! I don’t visit Chicago often but when I do, I know where I’ll be staying next. Cheers!

First time staying at the hotel and have really enjoyed it. Great location, clean rooms, and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful, offering good restaurant recommendations and helping with things like needing to send a fax unexpectedly. My only complaint was that the room was so, so dark!

Location is pretty nice. The bathrobes didn't look clean and first time I have ever been at a hotel and didn't feel comfortable wearing the bathrobe. It seems a little older. The bed is comfortable. However, the front desk was absolutely atrocious with check in and general customer service. The person checking in could barely make eye contact and was quite unfriendly and gave me a room that has absolutely no light because it faced a brick wall with graffiti on it. The air conditioner was also very loud and made sleeping not great. Would not recommend.

This is such a cute and quirky hotel! The decor is so much fun to loom at and discover. There's a bar/nightclub on the first floor for evenings, and a bakery also on the first floor for the morning after 😄 My room was small and not exactly cheap, but it's in a great location, so it was expected.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
