Clean, good value old world charm hotel. Our standard double had a nice bathroom with bathtub and nice old furniture. It did smell strongly of bleach when we entered but after dropping the bag and leaving the window open it was fine when we returned. Friendly staff who let us drop the bag in the room over 2 hrs before check in time. There's lots of interesting places to eat and drink around savignyplatz and shwartzes cafe is excellent and open 24 hrs most days.

Had a big old, high-ceilinged room at the back, so it was cool (very hot weather that week) and quiet despite lack of air-con, but I suspect rooms might be variable. An air of faded elegance, worth a look at the art on the main stairs! Breakfast room spacious with a good view, breakfast good. Area immediately round the railway bridge felt a bit dodgy but otherwise surrounding area seemed safe, excellent public transport. The massive road is surprisingly quiet. Wasn't an issue for us, but avoid if you can't manage stairs, old building with many steps.

Outdated, no air conditioning. My room was very small no room for bags. No fridge and no drawers in the desk. Looked like it was a storage hallway where they put a bed in it and throw some furniture in it. It wasn’t my choice to stay here and I wouldn’t pay for this if it was on me. It was a business trip. Very depressing stay here.

Very good location. At the entrance there are old wall pantings and it looks great. The room itself was renovated a long time ago, it has very old, classic furniture. Not in the best condition but it's nice. Long waiting time for check in at the reception, about 10 minutes before the employee went to the counter. Breakfast was ok. The bathroom is clean and large. But even though I paid for breakfast, there were some problems and in the morning instead of eating, I had to wait for the employee's permission to make sure I paid for breakfast (that's not her fault, there were some problems in booking system, lady said I should have a different room number and my real room number should be free and empty) . At that time I was standing and couldn't eat anything, and it was morning and I was really hungry and in a hurry. However, such difficulties do occur, but it is worth working on it. I stayed in room 106 and unfortunately it's in a narrow corridor leading to the kitchen so you could hear all the people passing very loudly and you could hear it from 6am but also late at night. In general, the hotel is a plus, certainly an attractive price for such a location.

Stayed here a few times. It never disappoints! The front desk is always polite and super helpful! The breakfast has a great variety. I have brought family members and guests and they all love this hotel and it's location!! The only down point is that there is no elevator for the first flight of stairs.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
