I don't usually write many evaluations, but I found some things about this hotel that need immediate improvement, so I am reporting them below. I stayed in mid-September, the peak season of Oktoberfest, and the biggest problem with this hotel is that there are very few hotel staff available during such an extremely busy time of the year. The staff was rather very friendly and tried to do the best they could within their limited human resources. However, with so much other work to do and complaints from other guests to deal with, it seemed there was no time for my business. Specifically, I could not sleep at all because there were drunk guests talking extremely loudly at the entrance of the hotel until 3:00 am. I repeatedly discussed this with the staff, but in the end there was no improvement until midnight, as if they did not have the time to do so. To begin with, the phone in my room was broken and I could not get through to reception. So, many times I had to take the stairs back and forth between the reception and my room. Also, even though I had discussed this with the staff beforehand and extended my stay without additional check-in work, I was actually forced to change my key card. I am grateful to the staff for doing their best despite their busy schedule. However, the standard of service at the hotel itself is extremely low due to the above-mentioned structural problems, and in that sense I have to give it the lowest possible rating. I strongly urge the hotel management to take this into consideration, especially with regard to the staffing of the reception area.

Lovely hotel! Got an excellent deal around Oktoberfest. The rooms are nice and spacious, with excellent facilities. A five minute walk from the bus, which takes you to the trains in 2 minutes and you can get anywhere from there. Highly recommended

From outside the hotel looks good but when you get inside the room you get shocked There are no ac or coolers so it’s very hot in the room, the carpets very dirty, there are bugs and mosquitoes all over the room and even some cockroaches. The worst part is the service, they didn’t clean the room for the whole 4 nights we stayed here, they didn’t change the towel and when you ask for new towels they get upset on you in the reception And the really worst part is that I asked for more toilet papers and the reception guy told me “we don’t have, wait for tomorrow” Most of the reception guys are very rude, only 1 of them was nice. I’m highly not recommend

This hotel is unacceptable for business purposes. Yes the beds are comfortable but that's about it. You can't even get a shaving kit. a bottle of water costs over 6 euros. There are no stores or options to buy these necessities for living within walking distance of this hotel. Do not patronize this place until they clearly state upfront they provide no services or support for guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
