We are presently staying in this hotel and are pleasantly surprised. We were told that hotel rooms in Japan were very small. This is way more spacious than we anticipated. The hotel has a great location which is why we picked it. It is off the main path a little which allows to have a quiet night time but close enough that we can get anywhere very quickly. The service is friendly and efficient. I would recommend. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is a nice size. The one thing is that your door is not completely sound proof so if someone is loud in the hallway you will hear them but people are respectful in general.

Booked this hotel for a week and had an all around enjoyable stay. Check in was fast and easy with no line and English speaking staff. Towels are replaced every day and rooms cleaned on certain days of the week which I appreciate as I’m a late sleeper who doesn’t like to be bothered by housekeeping in the morning. Free soft serve and amenities in the lobby were a perfect complement to my stay especially during humid months. Late check out was accommodated with ease for a nominal additional charge of 1000 yen per hour. I visit Tokyo four times a year and Act Hotel will now be my go to when staying in Roppongi!

It's a good location next to the roppongi station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room itself was really really small. I've seen reviews saying the rooms were small and was already mentally prepared myself that's it's gonna be a small room. But still a bit shocked when I walked in. Their price is the cheapest at that area when I look up hotel tho so can't really complain. It's good for its price point and the staff were super nice! Overall a good stay!

Normally, I don't put reviews for hotels, but this hotel is going to make me make some in the future. It's a three stars hotel, but the service provided gives a different negative vibe. I will start with bad first: 1. check in at 3 PM, and if you want to have it earlier , then you have to pay 1000 💴 per hour!! (For me, it is a first) 2. Check out 10 AM! 😂 so they check you in at 3PM, and then they will check you out at 10 AM. 3. No Wifi at the lobby. Only inside the rooms. 4. Room's fridge is empty (for me) even water is not there ! 5. Room's AC is blowing in front of the bed. (for my room, this was the case) The good: Location.

near subway station, you get free ice cream and coffee tea, also free toothbrush or even pyjama if you need one. You get fresh towels every day, room is clean but small, but i suppose this is standard for tokyo. I can safely recommend this hotel :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
