I lost 117 euros because of their lies, even though I didn't stay in the hotel. If you book on the official website, they won’t send you booking information by email, and then they can’t find your booking information (if you don’t take a screenshot and save it). They will only tell you if you write an email and ask them. Another very important point is that even if you fill in your credit card information, they will lie to you and tell you that you did not pay, and then send you a payment link again. So no matter what happens in the end, they will deduct the money. Therefore, if you are unsure about your itinerary, it is strongly recommended to fill in false bank information to ensure that your own interests are not lost.

This hotel charged $445 CAD a night. If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst ever and a total rip off. We were a family of 5 and booked there 1 bedroom suite. The hotel was old. The beds were all the horrible low roll away cots not proper beds in any of the rooms. The walls were old and peeling. The tvs were the size of a small computer monitor. The bathroom had mould in it. Our bedroom door handle was loose and came off and shut us in. Our family let us out. It was basically an empty room where they threw in some portable beds. If we had paid $50 a night it was worth it. Like a hostel. Otherwise we basically wasted our money. The only thing good is the location. But the rest was HORRIBLE. The staff is not to be blamed. The hotel owners didn’t spend any money on it. I have pictures of everything as well.

Worse hotel I have stayed at. We went for a business trip and got charged with exorbitant rates (€444/night), without breakfast included (extra €9/day) and an extra random tax every day. At breakfast you could see fruit flies in the buffet near the fruit, tomatoes with horrible aspect. Someone coming on same trip got locked out of her room with no belongings and no solution was given for her, she ended up staying in the room of another colleague. No help was offered and her money was not returned (after that night she ended up booking somewhere else). Some of the rooms had horrible smell, we had to have our curtains closed because neighbors across can see through the windows, bulk gel/conditioner dispenser all in one for the shower. One of the nee towels after unwrapping had poop stains. Another colleague had insects on his bed. Horrible experience overall, it is a true scam, check in (after exorbitant rates) at 2pm. Only good thing people at reception desk.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible hotel, not clean. We got there on a Sunday late a night, the room had an awful horrible smoking smell. We asked them to fix it next day. In the morning there was an awful sewage smell in the bathroom. We asked them to fix it. When we went back at night there was still both smell. We decided to leave even if we had one night. I talked to the desk agent he offered a room that has one bed even if we are three. I said no and asked for a refund. He said to contact booking and they will refund it. This is the response I get from the most unprofessional staff: Hello again, We have already given the appropriate explanations of what happened, but we are going to repeat them here. We went up to the room and found no smell of tobacco and no smell in the bathroom. Still, we proposed to change the room and you refused. For this reason you are not entitled to any refund, also because your reservation was non-refundable. All the best, Terrible way of communicating. There are so many better options in Barcelona

This place is horrible, Airconditioner rooms are warm, ac is not working, staff can't do anything about it, they won't repair it or refund you, Cleanness Room was not clean at all, sink clogged you can use sink. Beds We were in one of those 5 beds rooms, and 3 out of the 5 were just cots, bad mattress, bad sheets, broken and taped using electrical tape lol. I dont have any issue with all of the above if we were paying equal value, but to be charged 400 euro for such terrible experience that was too much. The only good thing about this place is location but for sure there is other options here so unless you are good with the above DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
