I have mixed reviews about this hotel experience in Barcelona. There are pros and cons. Pros: lovely staff at reception on arrival, very close to metro stations for convenient travel around Barcelona, clean rooms, great quality air conditioning, nice balcony to our room, comfortable bed. There is a safe in the room for valuables. Cons: we didn’t have the best initial experience when we booked on their website but then were asked to pay via a separate email on a payment platform (after already providing card details anyway). The payment platform would not accept our payment (don’t know why, we tried on two different visas). Then we were told to pay via bank transfer which our bank wouldn’t allow as we are from overseas. There was a lot of back and forth via email, and in the end we were finally allowed to pay on arrival but it was a stressful experience. Second, our room didn’t even have a kettle or mugs to make coffee or tea, or even glasses for water, which is normally quite standard for any hotel I thought. I’m not sure it was worth what we paid as it was quite expensive for a small room with minimal hotel facilities overall.

Good service from staff; unfortunately, the apartments are not at all well equipped: no hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels, the shower doors let water flood the bathroom floors, the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage, the faucet was not fully tight, no holdings for toilet paper (also, no toilet brushes). In the kitchen, for our three-day stay, we were provided with only one (!) detergent tab for the dishwasher (which was especially annoying as there were only exactly 6 sets of glasses, plates, cutlery etc.). Also, there were no towels in the kitchen, so we had to use toilet paper for drying. Cooking in general really was not an option for the lack of proper kitchen utensils. For the price we payed, we expected more and we would recommend looking for a different place.

We stayed in the Hotel Laumon for one night on our way back from Morocco to Italy. Arriving at the hotel at night after such a tiring journey was really wonderful! First of all, the welcome of the staff: they showed us the structure, the terrace on the top floor with a view of Barcelona, and the breakfast area. What immediately struck us about the room was its size: very spacious!! The bathroom? Even that was huge, almost a separate room. The atmosphere of the hotel is extremely welcoming and the rooms very clean (we were really impressed by the cleanliness!). The breakfast is very varied: we could choose from many sweet and savory options. If we were to return to Barcelona, we would definitely stay at the Laumon hotel as we had a really, really good time! Ah, during our stay we also discovered that the Hotel Laumon also offers the possibility of renting apartments: in the building in front of the hotel there are several HUGE apartments! Definitely a great option for group or family travel. What to say? really a great facility!! Can't wait to be back someday!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
