the hotel is excellent! the location is really great, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Porto. it can be seen that the hotel is new and very well decorated. the staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautiful and very modern and nicely decorated. breakfast is also excellent. I like that a lot of important details have been invested in the hotel, such as a smart television that has Netflix available and a Nespresso coffee machine that is available in the room and at breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay when you are in the city of Porto. I will definitely come back to this hotel because it blew me away!

We had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The check in and check out process was one of the quickest I have seen. The rooms for the price is well worth it. Do note the hotel is in a section of an old building that was converted into a hotel by Acta, Though the building looks old or even worn down a bit the hotel was really good for a 3 star hotel. The location is also prime as you are 6 minutes away from the Trindade station that gives you access to the airport and most of the metro line. Also you are 5 minutes away from the Rua Santa Catarina street where most tourists are locals would hang out. Another highlight is the room. The room was big and we had a mini balcony that we enjoyed really well. They had AC running if guests needed it. The toilets were clean and housekeeping was on point. My favorite aspect is that they provided us with a Nespresso machine with both normal and decaf pods. It is a rare sight to see such complimentary high quality coffee given in such hotels in Europe, at least based on my experience. The small gripe I had was with the post booking process where I was informed through emails where I had to provide twice my credit card details to validate my booking and then validate my first day room rate. This was painful part. Do note this happened as we booked through their website and not through booking agency websites.

I had room 706 on floor 7. Above the room is a rooftop bar which doesn’t let you sleep as you hear chairs moving until at least 1am. The room is also facing the street, the windows don’t keep the noise out, it’s a busy street with traffic, you hear every single car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
