I am so glad I stayed here. I booked at the last minute and absolutely got lucky. The staff were so friendly and interactive. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable, with the first soft pillows I have found in a hotel in Turkey. They have all been rock hard. It was really quiet and i slept well. The room even had a huge jet bathtub. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable and the view was great. After 2 nights I had to change hotels because I had prebooked somewhere else and I wish I was still at Ada Hotel. It was a great find at a reasonable price and I would absolutely stay there again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location, staff, breakfast buffet were all excellent. Location is great as it is just a short walk away from almost everything. I highly recommend this hotel and would book again in the future. :)

Overall an exceptional experience at the Ada Hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the location with close access to food, shops, and attractions. The staff was friendly, welcoming, nice and went above to make our stay comfortable, they helped us with airport transfer as well. The rooms were clean, spacious and tidy. The breakfast was nice, tasted good, and was fresh with a variety of options. Omelets and Turkish coffee were served upon request. The only turning put was that the breakfast was served on the terrace (5th floor) and we used to take stairs due to the maintenance of the lift. The added photos are just to give an idea of the room.

The hotel was great all around. The people at reception as well as the breakfast/cleaning people were very friendly. The room was clean and the hotel is in a perfect location. If I come back to Istanbul, I will most likely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
