Location is the only benefit to staying here. My first night was decent at best. My next 3 nights I had 7 noisy teenagers in my room coming in and out at all hours making ridiculous amounts of noise. The night staff did not care. They would check people in at 1-2-3am in the morning opening and slamming doors, not lowering their voices at all with any consideration for the guests who are asleep. I mentioned to the night receptionist that I have two separate groups of noisy kids all drinking and partying until early hours of the morning and asked to be moved to another room fully knowing there was space in other rooms yet I was told no. I WOULD NOT recommend staying here if you are an adult and value your sleep whatsoever. I deliberately didn't pick a party hostel for this reason but it seems like the only area the night staff are trained in is how to be unprofessional and they really could not care less. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. Spend the extra money if needed to stay somewhere that actually values their guests since we are paying their wages. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The location is ideal, right in the middle of everything. You can literally see the Basilica from its balcony and there's a metro station right in front. The beds are good and the toilets are clean. The small kitchen can also be useful for some.

Second time staying at this hostel because of the awesome central location and the general cleanliness of the rooms. The cleaning staff is doing an amazing job, they clean the rooms and the bathrooms every day, plus they are really nice to the guests. If there is trash and dirt, that is completely the guest's fault. The streets are noisy day and night so bring earplugs (price to pay for the awesome central location). The building has an elevator too, in case you have difficulty walking up stairs. Bunkbeds have quite enough space, light source, electric outlet; plus they have these privacy curtains and a wooden triangle wall which makes it feel like a capsule hotel compartment. Bathrooms are spacious and usually clean (unless some roommates don't make a mess out it). Wifi is generally average, weak in some rooms, strong in the common area/kitchen. I would suggest putting a table in the rooms, it would greatly help those who need to pack their bags but sleep in the upper bunk beds. Overall satisfied, cheap, clean and nice place to stay!

Firstly, the receptionists are super helpful. The location is just on point right in the city center, close to amazing places and tourists attractions. Plus you can have breakfast at the hostel with the amazing view from balcony.

I had a iron bed after a flight of stairs within a room. Not a bunk bed to be clear but an actual flight of stairs. Bed and bedding were uncomfortable. Most rooms are towards a main road so very noisy. Staff is excellent though. Location cant get better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
