        I had the most incredible experience at the Adagio during my week-long stay! The staff went above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was quick and flawless, and the staff even took care of my luggage and escorted me to my clean and fresh room, which felt brand new. In the morning, the breakfast staff greeted me with big smiles and friendliness. They were incredibly courteous and made me feel special and welcome. Anna, in particular, welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile and promptly found a table for me. Salmon was also very nice and made me feel welcome, serving me coffee and tea and clearing my table. It was wonderful to see such a diverse and international mix of staff members. I will definitely be booking with the Adagio again because of the exceptional service from the staff. Even the cleaning staff were polite and always had a smile on their faces. Well done to the brilliant team for their outstanding effort. I will be recommending this place worldwide!

        We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Especially Abu helped us a lot and was very very attentive!! Thank you so much. The rooms are very lovely and really big, it made us feel like coming home somehow. The wellness and pool area are amazing and the breakfast was really really good. During our stay there were some constructions and it’s very close to the street, so you could hear a few noises from the outside. But it was all in all really amazing. We definitely recommend this place and we will 100% come back.

        This was the 3rd time for us in this hotel, I feel like that already says a lot about the hotel. The hotel itself has a great location it’s only a 30-second walk from the beach and the restaurants nearby are very nice. The rooms and all of the common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely helpful and very kind, we've had a very good experience. We've spent Christmas there and the hotel had the Christmas spirit and they had special programs during this time. We had spent my mom’s birthday there and they surprised us with a chocolate cake and a few extra goodies from the breakfast place. It was very thoughtful. The breakfast is very good as well they have a wide range of meals everyone can easily find something that they like. Next time we're going to Dubai we’ll pick this hotel again.

        I had a great time at this hotel and I'm already planning my next visit! Abu, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The location is also excellent. It's right next to West Beach, and there are so many great restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store nearby. Plus, the Naheel Mall is just a short 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good stay in the area.

        Amazing hotel for a great price. We expected it to be more simple but it was luxury and so clean and comfortable. Awesome rooms with everything you’d need. My friends popped over who was staying nearby in a more expensive hotel and said how much better ours was! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault the service and breakfast was great. The location was very good, 2 min walk through to its own private beach section. The fact the hotel was just set back from the beach clubs meant it was more quiet at night. Easy drive to the marina or into downtown, always cheap taxis outside. We would stay here again for sure.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
