I absolutely loved this hotel, having stayed here for a week in July. It's a beautiful, family run hotel with a traditional Greek feel to it. The exterior areas and pool are of a stunning decor. The host, Irene, was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was basic, comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom was perfectly adequate and I liked the olive oil shower gel. There was daily cleaning and fresh towels. There weren't any tea/coffee facilities which didn't bother me as I don't drink either! The fridge was really handy for storing drinks and snacks. Our balcony overlooked the vines as well as having ocean view. The pool is a good size, refreshing and is situated with lovely sea and countryside views. There were always vacant sun loungers and umbrellas. My son and I enjoyed the breakfasts and sat outside each day to take in the views. Food varied from fresh water melon, home made traditional Greek pastries, breads, ham, sausages, cheese, yoghurt, tomatoes and drinks. There was plenty of food to cater for a growing teenager! I liked the location of Adamastos as it is in a quieter area of the island, but in no way short of places to visit or things to do. The village with tavernas, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and clothes and craft shops is only a few minutes walk away. The old fort and beautiful church is in the heart of the village. We discovered a lovely, more secluded (Balos) beach about 10 -15 minute walk from the hotel. We also watched the stunning sunsets over the caldera which was only a 5 minute walk away at the back of the hotel. No crowds and totally peaceful! Also close by are the ancient ruins, Red beach and water taxis to White and Black beaches. All are about a 15 minute walk away, although the road does not have pavements so you need to be careful when walking! You can catch a bus there if preferred. The bus stop is right outside the hotel if you want to travel to Fira and further afield. If I was to return to beautiful Santorini, I would definitely come and stay at Adamastos again. This is one great hotel! The owner is so nice and helpful, really amazing! Breakfast was great, everything was very clean and the outside of the hotel, between the rooms, is so breathtaking! This was literally better for my partner and me than the 5 star hotel we later went to. Also, this is a hotel very close to great restaurants and a big supermarket (2 min walk).. I would highly recommend it!

Nice accommodation for our 8 day stay that is well priced and offers breakfast. Owners are very nice and helpful. The town is surprisingly busy at night that makes dining out good but also much quieter than Fira or Oia. There are a lot of cruise ships in the port area in late July so being out of Fira and Oia is refreshing. Wifi is not accessible in the room that we stayed.

Best family hotel ever! Picturesque courtyard surrounded by individual rooms with verandas. Most comfortable beds, air-conditioning, shower stalls with hot / cold water. Outside is the spacious pool, most welcoming for those who don't feel like going to the beach. Amazing family hotel, located in Akrotiri, for those who'd like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia, for those who'd like to have a peaceful stay in Santorini. Very close to the archeological site of Akrotiri. Overall, had the most pleasant experience at Adamastos! Very highly recommended!

Nice, Cozy, beautiful view, clean , you have everything walking distance , across the street we ate in a small restaurant best food in our trip (I can’t remember the name ) , quiet area , the only thing our TV was not working , we let know the lady on front desk but never replaced o fixed it … :/ other than that we enjoy our vacation, highly recommend it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
