This hotel is wonderful, clean rooms, beds and bathrooms with free coffee and snacks available at reception 24hr. What makes this place truly special is Jin, she is incredibly helpful with a lovely sense of humour and beautiful attitude! She made us feel at home and looked after, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, we will be back.

I stayed 3 nights in rooftop suite. The concept is excellent as it gives you good views on 3 directions and feels very private and secluded (Well within City context). Inside space is quite limited but lot of covered and shaded space outside. Location is short walk from Khaosan Road but no party sounds come to the hotel. However excecution of this rooftop suite is less good. Apparently it’s off the self cottage that they have put on the roof and that’s ok. Installation quality is not good. Doors won’t close completely (see pictures), there is a TV but it’s not connected to anywhere. Some wear and tear and for example 1/4 lightbulps worked in the room, outside multiple were Also dark (and I don’t think there are any lights for toilet/shower by design). Bed was not very good either. Then there is fire Safety issue. Staircase door can be locked from inside and there is no way to open it from roof. This even happened to me so I had to call to reception to let me out. Then there is a noise issue from the mosque next door. Normal prayer calls 6 times a day (~5 am to 6 pm) are very loud in the room. And for some reason on Saturday there was nonstop prayers/talk/singing from 8 am to 8 pm from loudspeakers. ~80 dB within the room.

Overall a really wonderful stay option. We moved from a nearby guesthouse to here because it's not located on the main road. The bed is quite soft, there is some shelf space, a small balcony etc. Toilet is big enough as well. There isn't much space in the room itself. The staff is lovely and helpful. There's free generic breakfasty things everyday and biscuits/ coffee all day (we would never even think about eating those bread and margarine but letting you know incase you don't mind). The rooftop has a pretty view.

This place has been an absolute nightmare. Location per se is good, except obscure in some alleyway making it difficult for any drivers, cabs, tours to ever find you. The female receptionist doesn’t speak a lick of English making it hard to voice any concerns or requests. I’ve brought zero food into the room yet there are always loads of very tiny ants. Bathroom lightbulb was out and again the receptionist is pretty unhelpful. Lastly, some older entitled woman complained to me about how much noise I made in the room above hers. I literally have been just doing normal showering, sleeping , opening balcony and yet she said I was making all sorts of noise.. that should give you an idea of how thin their infrastructure is. They say there’s breakfast but all there ever is is like cornflakes and hot water for coffee. Book someplace else!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
