Chose to stay here because it was one of few places that had a/c at this price point. The building is quite old and has a distinctive smell but the room was okay. Bed is nice and the bathroom is clean. Location is good too. There are no slippers in the room nor gratuity water bottles. Breakfast is there, but not really. Coffee tastes weird and there isn't much to eat other than cereal and bananas. Overall, it's not a bad stay if you need somewhere to crash for one or few nights. Hotel prices at SF is crazy though.

Rooms are akin to a teenager's bedroom in size. Our queen bed was adequate and very clean. The bathroom was very, very spacious. Can easily fit 4 - 6 wheelchairs in size. The service is adequate. The maid service has been good for keeping our room clean. The elevator is tiny. The stairs are narrow. The neighborhood is very questionable. We made an effort to get in before nightfall. There are lots of homeless that roam the sidewalks, and the neighborhood smells awful. The hotel is well-located nearby a fancy shopping center, within walking distance.

very cozy hotel. the hallways and stairs are small but the rooms are very nice and modern. they do have simple free breakfast in the morning; bananas, oatmeal, and coffee. I loved how I could walked in and out of the hotel without the managers judging me. I will come back.

The room is very clean and have a nice fragrance. But, it is a bit small; the king bed pretty much take up the entire room. It is quite loud at night even if the Windows are closed (I'm facing the street). No a/c but the weather is good enough with just the Windows opened and the room has a ceiling fan. The bed is very comfortable. The receptionist is helpful and quick. Overall it is pretty good.
