I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly (Thank you, Karim!) and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and with increadible view, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The floating breakfast at the infinity pool was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

After spending a few days in Address Sky View, this was a noticeable change in the quality of the rooms and services. We checked into the room and entered it 10 min later. To our surprise, the cleaning team arrived 5 min after we entered the room and continued cleaning and preparing our room with us being inside. In addition, we found several dirty spots in our room 910. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, and the looks and food quality are top. Very good.

We really had a great time here thanks to Aakif, the restaurant assistant. His hospitality and service was amazing. We enjoyed the delicious food as he recommended as well as the beautiful night view from the top of the building. Wonderful night with such a great atmosphere! Want to come back again for sure.

Enjoyed the Afternoon Tea experience here twice and loved it. Each month a different theme is created and artfully presented. Food is good. A special mention to Mr. Albert and Ms. Candice who made our experience more enjoyable with their friendly and welcoming attitude which to me is a game-changer. The ambience is lovely and can enjoy super views in their outside seating area. Definitely recommend it.

Location is amazing, good food, good beverage, room service is very attended but rated at its best is the pool service at the infinity pool at the top by the waitress Karim Somen. We are very thankful for him and had the best experience in Address Beach Resort because of him! Thank you Karim!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
