The glass walk is a 7/10 experience. Once you get over the fear of falling or as if something is pulling you under, then the excitement wears off. The views are great, an 8/10 experience. We had planned to watch the sunset and got there ahead of time but the long queues are a downside. Only caught a smidge of the sunset even though we legged it after passing the security check. Now, the glass slide is a big lump of nothing honestly. Its just sliding down from the 53rd to 52nd floor, just 1 floor down. This ought to be made explicit as we were under the impression that the slide down would be longer. We had to wait in the long queue for almost 2 hrs just for 7 seconds of experiencing the slide. By the end of it, we were asking the security guy, 'is that it? Are you serious?'. It's over before it even begins!!!! That kind of miniature slide would be ideal for kids and those afraid of heights, but for ardent thrill seekers, you are better off skipping the slide. All in all, a 6.8/10 experience

My worst stay in a Dubai so far. I have stayed in a multiple hotels here but it is the first and only, which I wanted to leave already on the first day. In a nutshell: Worst service, longest waiting and a scratched car! Firstly, the check-in process, while executed by courteous staff, took an inordinate amount of time. One would expect a smoother and swifter experience from a 5-star establishment. Small thing, but: during the check-in I got my passport back assuming to also have my husband's ID inside. Well, it wasn't. As later we got a call in a form: "You forgot your documents, please come downstairs". By the poolside, I was disappointed by the strict policies in place. Despite many non-hotel guests instantly walking in and freely taking photos (that was indeed disturbing), my simple request to bring an additional person to my sunbed (so that I could finish my drink) was declined. Therefore I had to dress up and move to the restaurant area, literally one meter away. Such rigidity seems misaligned with the flexibility and accommodation one would anticipate from a luxury hotel. The valet parking was quite a challenge. Waiting upwards of 20 minutes every single time I required my vehicle is far from the premium experience I had envisioned. And when I asked for a taxi the other time, the guy just forgot about my request, so I had to deal with finding a car myself. Cherry on top: I have found a big fat scratch on my car rim after using the local valet service! Another cherry on top - we were charged 2 times. Calling the hotel today took me 3 min till someone answered the call. 3 min hanging on the line of a 5 star hotel! Then some waiting on hold as the system wasn't working. In the end, an excuse due to a system error and promise to return the money. Of course, its always a system error or an e-mail accidentally going to spam folder. Double check your documents, expenses and vehicles when staying at Address Sky View.

Sky Views Dubai, perched 219.5m above ground atop the Address Sky View hotel, offers mesmerizing perspectives of Downtown Dubai and the city skyline. Comprising the Observatory, Glass Slide, and Edge Walk, this attraction provides thrilling sightseeing experiences for all ages. The Observatory features a glass elevator ride to level 52, with a spiral staircase leading to a captivating 46m-long glass walk. The Glass Slide offers a joyful ride inside a transparent tunnel, while the Edge Walk caters to risk-takers with a trek on an outer ledge. Tickets start at AED65 for a child's general admission to the Observatory, with pricing details available on the official website. The queue for glass slide was quite long at the time of my visit (almost 45 minutes waiting time).

I My best stay in Dubai. To be honest was my best stay in Dubai, great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice people, specially Mr Brian and Fayaz from front desk and also the waitress in the pool (the pool on the ground floor). Definitely I’ll come back soon with friends and family.

Came here for the glass slide which I thought was a lot longer. It's only 1 story long. It's nice to see everything from that point of view but it's so short I feel like I could barely get a chance to see much. It's not expensive to get in so it's not like I wasted a bunch of money but I wish they would make the length more explicit on their website

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
