We stayed here 3 years ago and will 100% stay here again on our next visit to Florence. Literally steps to the cathedral, restaurants, museums, shopping and everything else you'd ever want to do in Florence. The check-in was very straight forward, the rooms immaculately clean. We had a lovely fresco painted on the ceiling in our room and we could not hear any noises from other guests at all during our stay. Highly recommended and I can't wait to go back myself!

The Adelaide House is an amazing location and a great hotel choice for anyone visiting Firenze, especially for first timers who've never been in the area. It is 12-20min walking distance from SMN train station (depending on how fast you walk). And, seconds away from all the sights you want to see (like...really...2 seconds away from Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore). The host is a great communicator, so you'll get good directions to the place once booked. There were no issues checking in or out. In fact, we were able to leave our heavy bags in the room at checkout, since we still had to go to the Accademia Gallery and the Opera del Duomo Museum. We were able to retrieve our bags by 12PM. TY! The building has a Renaissance-Byzantine rustic feel, which makes sense since it's an old building situated in the epicenter of the Renaissance cultural explosion. The room is decently spacious and very clean, with a small bathroom. There is a fridge and teapot for warm beverages. I wish they had 2 cups though (for me and my partner), instead of only one. Comfy bed and pillows; cozy sheets. Lovely ceiling! And finally, you can hear some outside noise, but just shut the windows and it'll drown out the sounds.

Our host, Grace, was very accomodating and nice. Our arrival in Florence was unexpectedly early and when I informed her about it she immediately had the room cleaned. We could not be pleased enough! Our room was next to the Duomo and close to a lot of major sights. Grace was very helpful and informative. The room was very clean and pleasant, very quiet and secure. She gave us coupons for breakfast at a cafe nearby. Such a wonderful and friendly host! Highly recommend.

What a great stay! Couldn’t have had a better location we even extended by one night. Rooms were cleaned and beds made every day to a great standard. Really couldn’t fault it. Just bare in mind there is quite a few flights of stairs up to it but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
