If you are really really really on a tight budget, then this one's okay. The rooms are clean and are good for emergency-overnight stays. If you eventually find some ants or mosquitoes, a little cleaning will do. Then you can finally sleep in peace. The rooms aren't insulated so if there are some noisy people or children in the corridor, either be patient or nicely tell them to keep quiet. The hotel is easy to pin on navigation aps like Joyride, Angkas, MoveIt, Grab, Waze and Google Maps. The staff is friendly. The neighborhood is okay. There's no convenience store or restaurant within the street itself, so buy stuff and eat before going back to the hotel so all you need to do there is sleep and take a shower, or watch TV, if you want.

My experience was the not so good with this hotel. Unfortunately I booked by mistake a room for December 14 - 15 instead of November 14 -15 . Later I booked the Nov 14 - 15 and I begged the hotel for reimbursement because of my double booking but hotel didn’t allow me any kind of mercy. I also requested for 1 hour late checkout but hotel staff rudely asked me to check out. Now I have a confirmed booking on December 14 - 15 , which I need to ask somebody to go and stay so that they can at least can enjoy . But this is my first negative review for a hotel in Philippines.

I did not expect that I will have a great stay here. I was able to sleep more that I can think of because of their large and comfy bed that I had to extend another night just to catch up on some things but after that, more hours of good night sleep. I will definitely go back.

Booked through Reddoorz. The room is spacious. The Internet is good compared to other hotels, but I wasn't able to play Netflix I think because of the mxq tv box that they're using, it's so hard to navigate the screen. ⭐ - Toiletries/Service/Bedding. I've got a toothbrush (plastic is already opened) and 3-1 soap/shampoo/conditioner only. This is the first time I've heard about a 3-1 soap (which is placed in a wall mounted soap dispenser within the shower area) so you should bring your own. I've had to request a toothpaste and 'timba with tabo' but they only gave the toothpaste. They're unable to provide the 'timba with tabo' because the owner told them so. The bedding has a stain on it and is itchy on the skin, I think they haven't replaced it for sometime. 😔 They have a toilet bidet which is for left-handed people only 😅 All in all, the room is a great value, just need to improve the service and cleanliness.

I just want to say Thank you! awesome people professional very attentive to the guests needs receptionists are fantastic and so very friendly Also extra considerate and I do give this one a thumbs up!!!! I would even recommend this hotel the price is right expect to get A nice clean room new bed clean linens television Wi-Fi air conditioning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
