We had a very nice stay here, and would come back. The rooms were quiet, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great location, just footsteps outside of Tiburtina station. As well, staff were amazingly friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good quality. Thanks!

Stayed here for a night. The room was extremely nice. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Had a huge TV in my room, coffee maker with pods. The location was great, very close to the train station. Although I had a little difficulty locating it, Google maps issue probably but I will not forget where it is from now on. I look forward to staying here everytime I visit Rome.

Would definitely stay here again when I return to Rome. Location is perfect across the street from the train station/Metro. 45min train to the airport and around 35min by metro into the city centre. Hotel staff were exceptionally polite and they provided food recommendations in town. Room was clean and they did a small clean every morning while we were gone out. Included breakfast was enough to keep us satisfied until lunch in the city. I also received an email after my checkout from the staff that I had forgotten my phone charger. Unfortunately, already departed Rome but that was still very kind of them!

Location is really good, two minutes walking from the Tributina station where you can get trains to airport and buses and metro to anywhere else. Rooms were modern and spacious. The hotel team is very nice and helpful. The coffee pods in the room are really good which is a big plus when you compare with other hotels. Would definitely recommend booking this instead of old hotels near Termini!

We had a wonderful stay at the Adesso Hotel. The staff was amazing! Excellent service, clean and beautiful rooms and hotel. The food at the bistro was delicious! Oumar and Raphaelle at the front desk went above and beyond to help us… overall 10/10!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
