Close enough to the train station. We walked to it with luggage but returned via the underground. Buses and trams close by to get into the town center. Our room on the 2nd floor was inside and quiet. Area around hotel is residential. Grocery store just around the corner. No dishwasher and washing machine doesn't have dryer function but clothes dried quickly in the room on the drying rack. Safe held laptop.

We had a great stay in Adina apartment hotel in Budapest! Travelled with our families and had an amazing time! Our apartment was very spacious, included a small balcony to a beautiful garden. Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and spotless clean. The swimming pool and jazucci have been a great way to relax after a long day. Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but we found better and cheaper options in cafes of the neighborhood around. All in all great experience and we will be back!

I'm a great fan of Adina apartment-hotels but this one, which was their first venture into Europe, is by far the best. It offers 75 very comfortable, large, and very well-equipped apartments and studios - many overlooking a quiet and pleasant garden. The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't use it but the indoor pool and gym look excellent. The hotel is off centre in an area popular with young professionals. It's an easy and very pleasant 30 min walk to the city centre. Public transport is excellent and cheap (use the outstandingly good BKK Futar travel app for journey planning, live times, maps, tickets etc.) - and there's a bus stop just outside the hotel. There are more local restaurants/cafes these days - try nearby Sarki Fuzeres for breakfast/lunch, and Dunapark for both excellent coffee and cakes and good meals at lunch and dinner. All in all, I highly recommend staying here.

Quite distant from the center of Budapest. Clean, comfortable rooms, but horrible wifi, even in the common areas of the hotel. Freiendly staff and good breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
