I spent one night in the hotel with my daughter and I am very satisfied. Large room with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. Clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice to eat. I took advantage of the swimming pool and sauna. This may be a disadvantage, but in the evening there is no restaurant or bar to drink coffee or have dinner. There is a restaurant opposite the hotel but I did not use it. An inconvenience for some is that the metro is about 500 m away. But we used it as a walk.

Large rooms (~25m2) not too far from a major station. There is a supermarket downstairs but not much else in the immediate vicinity. One of the best choices for people traveling with dogs. Overall a great choice with our dogs as the charges were fair (by # of days). 500dkk for 4 nights (same price up to a week). Had to call to ask about the rates though but the staff were professional and friendly over the phone so it wasn’t a huge deal. Might be a good idea to list the prices on the website. Some drawbacks: no sponge/cleaning cloth in the room despite there being a kitchenette. There was no stove in our room despite seeing them in the pictures on the room on booking.com. Late checkout for an hour would have cost 150dkk. Perhaps times are changing but I’ve never been charged for a late checkout. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the large rooms, dog friendliness and great service.

Adina is functional but it's much more 'serviced apartments' than a hotel. Having said that, the staff on reception were very helpful and professional. The rooms were compact but comfortable but the views were just of other boring buildings or the railway. Adina is quite far north of the main part of the city, though only about 10 minutes' walk from the Little Mermaid. Bikes can be hired from the front of the hotel, there is a good restaurant opposite, a small supermarket in the corner, a great bakery about 200m away and a really, really good Thai restaurant about 300m away.

We really liked this hotel! lovely all around. The staff was very accommodating and sweet. The location, while a kilometer or so outside the city center, is very nice and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
