The restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner, so no room service or any food/drink is available after 11:30, not even a coffee. Wifi is spotty. It is not very clean and there is mold growing in the shower. The pillows are the worst, somehow the pillow that was provided for my baby was the most adequate. The bathrooms are never less than 32° as the mjrrors are heated, which makes for an incredibly uncomfortable morning since I have to keep the door closed to keep from waking others. The rooms in general are not temperature controlled except for by opening windows. The windows are toddler death traps (no screens, easy to open and easy to climb out of). I came with my husband, baby and toddler and had requested a baby cot, but they put 2 beds in the living room instead and then wouldn't remove them, we ended up just pushing them into the hall ourselves (where it stayed for the entirety of our stay). Most of the staff doesn't seem to care and just laughs at the issues and says they are understaffed. You don't need staff to keep a coffee machine on though, they simply just don't care. 100% do not recommend, especially if traveling with children.

Extremely positive experience. The staff is always helpful and polite and they always do their best to keep all the guests happy. I booked the sky studio that was located on the 16th floor, that has in my opinion the best view on the skyline that you can have in Frankfurt. Room was clean and modern, very well-equipped with a modern kitchen area and a quite big terrace, overlooking the city. Hotel also offers sauna, gym and pool amenities for guests. Wifi is free and fast. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Price was at excellent point. I will surely come back here and I Will recommend this location to anyone interested in staying in Frankfurt city.

Hidden Gem in a quite neighborhood. Stayed here for 3 days and right from the beginning we had positive experience. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and polite and you can feel they try to do what they can to keep the guests happy. We stayed on the 15th floor and the river views were breathtaking as well as city views. Rooms are small apartment design with small modern kitchen area for practical use. Bathrooms and shower are clean and modern. Hotel offers nice modern sauna,gym & pool amenities for guests. Wifi is free and fast. This location is highly recommended for being minutes walking to the river and short walking distance to the main city center and shooing areas. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Price was at excellent point.Will recommend this location to friends.

An ideal location for staying in Frankfurt - whether for business or pleasure. Rooms were serviced daily, all front desk staff is very friendly. There was a young woman at the front with short hair who was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and kind over the course of our stay, but the entire staff including cleaning and cooking staff were great representatives of quality hotel service. The location is tucked away on a quiet street, yet it is also only a pleasant 5 - 10 minute walk to the train station, U-Bahn, central business district, museum area, Main River, and surrounded by a wide variety of nice restaurant/bars. The nightlife in Sachsenhausen is also a short 15 minute walk away. The food served is actually pretty good too. For the price, location, quality and amenities, you will have a hard time beating this location.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
