This is an exceptional 4 star hotel, it only serves breakfast but the apartments have a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher and machine. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The staff are multilingual and very kind and helpful. It's also perfectly situated near the Skyline Plaza, UBahn and Tram stations.

Good location for the Messe frankfurt halls. The rooms are small but comfortable. There were several things that didn't work in the room and they took 2 days to fix them which was a little too late!. The kitchen is convenient although quite small.

Great location near Sky Plaza Mall where you can grab a meal or buy groceries to cook at the hotel. It is also close to the main train station. Rooms are somewhat spacious and definitely not cramped. Had a room with 2 other relatives, and it felt like we rented our own flat with all the appliances available in the room.

The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is tasty, but the entire building smells like sewage. The staff told me they could smell nothing, but I know other guests have complained and were told there is an issue they are working on. However the same stink was present when we stayed one year ago. I don’t know if it is chemicals or sewer but it is very strong and unpleasant.

Very good hotel! Comfy, spacious and clean rooms. Nice staff. Near to the main train station and all types of city transport. Shopping center near the hotel is a nice bonus.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
