Beautiful room and cozy beds! Slept like a baby in this hotel. Location is perfect for exploring the city by train (Munich East Station is a 5 minute walk). Stayed to visit Christmas Markets and was surprised to see the area had their own small ice rink and festival. Very clean and lovely accomodations.

I stayed at Adina Hotel last year and it was a great experience. During my stay I met Riccardo at the front desk. With his professionalism, friendliness, sympathy I decided through him to rebook again this year. He followed my stay starting from the booking of the stay to the check out. He really makes a difference in the hotel. He gave me tips about the city, restaurants interesting places to see etc etc. The view from the room over the city with the Ferris wheel is very beautiful. The rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is plentiful and the female employee at breakfasts is very nice and makes very good eggs. Recommended. My favorite hotel in Munich.

Initially, when choosing a hotel, we did not look at this hotel because it is located directly at the train station. but after arriving at the place, it turned out that it is really quiet and safe for the car because there is an underground parking lot, the rooms on the upper floor are quiet, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Bar in night with good drinks. Friendly service. Wellness area with a view. Additionally, in the neighboring building there is a club with good music. We will definitely be back. One of the better business hotels in Munich. We heartily recommend.

I stayed with my 2 kids for two nights in summer. The apartment is well equipped with beautiful views, we just had some minor issues: 1) the hot water wasn't stable in the morning. It ran out during the peak hour within 5 min, but then was back 20 min later 2) they changed towels and other things but didn't realise to put new ones in 3) the cot was broken and got some tape to keep it together, I think it needs replacement. The views were great and I actually liked that it was away from the tourist area of the old town. A grocery store was 5 min walk, perfect to get a few groceries for your stay The appliances were really good. I managed to wash/dry my clothes before leaving and the oven/microwave worked perfectly for pizza Great stay when you have kids.

Noisy! This hotel is surrounded by nightclubs that blast loud music until 4 am!!! The kitchen is tiny, there is no space to prep anything so had to use the ironing board as a table. The room is nice and spacious so the kitchen could have been a bit bigger but clearly poor planning. Our room also said there was a dishwasher but there wasn’t one. Parking is wooping €32 per night compared to the hotel next door €18. Definitely not staying here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
