The hotel is perfect to crash if you have a layover and are in budget. Best hotel I have stayed at in Germany concerning price/service. The area is rough but frankly you should be aware of that even before booking, other than that well connected. The staff was super nice, the room was clean and ideal to work from home. The sheets were soft and warm. They even let me store my luggage a few hours while I went out for lunch after check in. I would totally recommend and return if ever in Frankfurt.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It's just a few minutes by walk from the main train station. The hotel itself is clean and serves its purpose well. It's a cheap hotel, so don't expect anything special. The breakfasts served here are fine and we had no difficulties checking-in and out. Now onto the negatives. Since the hotel is really close to the main train station, expect to see things you've never seen in your life. The area is very scary and dangerous. On your way to the hotel you'll encounter many, and I mean many, junkies, homeless, prostitutes, gangs, rats and any other kinds of individuals. We never felt safe and all eyes were on us. People shouting, screaming, vomiting, doing drugs, robbing people, peeing, drinking, smoking, selling their bodies, rats running around.. There were some policemen around, yet, it wasn't enough to make us feel safe. If you intend to stay here, try to come before it gets dark and don't come out or stay in the area.

Adler Hotel Frankfurt is very nice. I stayed here for 3 nights. Initially I planned to stayed for 2 more nights and I paid the fee already. Suddenly I needed to call off my stay and go back to the US immediately. The staff here is very nice and friendly, they helped me to cancel the stay and have my money refunded even though I want to cancel my stay at very last minute. The location is nice as well. It is just 2 min walk from the train station.

Hotel near the Main train station. This is good for easy transportation. But, there is too much homeless and junkie. If you dont have to stay near this location, you can choose another Hotel.

Love this Hotel!! Friendly staff and complimentary water bottles on arrival. The breakfast is great!! Right by the train station so you won't be late for your train. The beds are all comfortable as well!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
